I've been learning about investment of stocks and other paper assets for about one and half year with participating in investment practice sessions once a month.
I also invest stocks as practical training and struggling to make profits.
You might know the importance of IQ about investment of stocks like fundamentals and technical tradings.
You can learn it from participate in some seminars or reading books.
But investment has another important skill you have to acquire.
It's "EQ = Emotional Intelligence Quotient".
You definitely cannot acquire it without practical trading.
In my experience, I feel always difficult to proceeding the trading rules which I decided before due to EQ's effects.
For example, once I invest a company's stock and the stock price go down and make the lose deal, I lost my coolness.
Even I can barely managed myself, that effects my next deal.
As a result, I lose good trading chances that I usually never miss.
Even I can buy the good stocks, I can hardly keep it until the stock price rising to certain profitable praice.
Then I can't resist temptation to sell it as soon as possible.
But my "EQ" is improving little by little with my trading experience.
So "EQ" requires experience.

ここ1年半ほどかなり力を入れて投資（株・ペーパーアセット）の勉強をしています。
毎月投資実践会にも参加し、株やペーパーアセットに関する情報やテクニックを学んでいます。
このような「IQ」は、セミナーや実践会に参加したり、本を読んだりして得ることができますし、あるいは信頼できる誰かに委任することもできます。
しかし、投資にはもう一つ欠かせない重要な要素があります。
それは "EQ = Emotional Intelligence Quotient"です。
この「EQ」は実際に投資の経験を積むことでしか身につけることができません。
自分の経験として、例えば投資した株が急落して損切を余儀なくされた時、いつも次のトレードに影響を与えてしまいます。
冷静に考えれば良い銘柄で投資タイミングも適切であり、普段なら見逃すことなる買えている銘柄であっても、直前の損切が影響して買えないなんてことは良くあります。
なんとか感情をコントロールして購入できたとしても、目標株価まで待てずに少しでも利益が出て損失を補填した時点で、すぐに利確してしまうようなこともありました。

これらは全て未成熟な「EQ」が影響しています。
しかし、トレードを繰り返し、失敗あるいは成功したその時その時の自分の感情を冷静に振り返ったりすることで、着実に「EQ」は育ってきています。
「EQ」を育てるには「経験」と振り返りが大切です。
そして「IQ」と「EQ」の双方をレベルアップすることで、投資の成功率は格段に上がっていくと信じています。
